Individual Coaching Service plans are customized based upon your priorities. After a discovery call, we will work together to build a coaching engagement and plan that makes the most sense for you.
A typical coaching engagement will include twice monthly sessions, for an average of 6 months.

Before our initial coaching session, we will have an opportunity to discuss your goals, create a coaching plan and prepare for launching our work together
Kick-off session
During this intensive initial session we will discuss your big goals for an inspired future and set the course for the rest of the coaching.
Coaching sessions
Individualized sessions, for you, scheduled by you at your convenience
